Love the cup and the personalisation, haven’t used it myself but got it out of the delightful box to have a look. Purchased the version with the sealable lid and admit to having to watch the video to figure out how it worked - an included diagram might be quite helpful!

Love the bonfire red - it's a warm colour with a bit of style to it. Also a bit unique compared to most types of keep cups, so a bit harder to lose. The same great features as the other bullets: I esp love the narrower base that actually fits the car cup-holder. Also love that it's just the right size, so it doesn't encourage baristas to overfill with watery coffee. Perfect for this long black drinker. Thank you!
I had one of your originals, just stainless steel, but recently left it in an Air BnB in Scotland. Hopefully someone is getting use from it because it has decades of life left in it. It was the best reusable cup I have had. Looking forward to using the new one.
It's a good sized mug, and it keeps drinks hot for ages. I really like the colour, the outside is textured so it's easy to hold, and it's super easy to clean. All the features of an excellent cup.

I have used a lot of travel mugs over the years and Bullet Cup travel mugs are the best. They are durable, fit into any holder and have the best sipping lid. I had to buy another since my everyone in my family wants to use them.
It does close, unfortunately, its quite stiff and when you try to close it the inner lid almost pops up. so you have to use two hands to open and close it by holding the lid stopping the inner part from popping up. Not quite so good for the money.
Excellent product and such prompt responses when I had questions about engraving. Could not speak more highly of the customer service!
I LOVE my bullet cups and now I love them even more with a lid that can be closed. It works really well, I can tip my drink upside down and not a drop comes out. Thanks team!
