This cup is perfect, keeps drink temp cool or hot for a long time despite being such a slim make, the sealable lid is spill proof and super nifty the way it’s designed. Such a sleek well made cup! Customer service is awesome too, my cup came with a dent and they took no time to replace and respond. Awesome cup and awesome team

Really do keep the coffee hot for longer! Great sipping hole also! Love the shape of these cups (this will be our 4th). My second time with the wording, and wish they would have a 12 ounce option online to see the text alignment. My two have never been vertically centered so the preview isn't an actual preview of the printed final.
I love my bullet cup, however after a incident with the concrete the lid smashed. Finding the replacement on the website was simple, it was reasonably priced (I've had my cup for over two years with no replacement parts required) and arrived very promptly even to a rural address.
Used every day in car and everything needed from the bullet going really well so far. The lid design especially sets it apart from others.
