Love our new personalised bullet cups. I got them personalised with HIS and HERS for our wedding anniversary and they look awesome. Good communication when the order was slightly wrong - replacements were sent out quickly. Great size - 12oz is smaller than a different brand 12oz cup we have but I love the size as better fit in the hand. Texture and finish of cup feels really nice.
Excellent Quality and customer Service. My drinks stay hot for a long time and the travel lid has never leaked. It is easy to clean and baristas are happy to fill the cup as it fits a standard serving size. Love the laser etched logo I had put on as well.
Dropped my bullet cup on the street and chipped the lid. Such a relief to be able to buy a replacement lid rather than a whole new bullet cup. Super quick delivery too.
This cup is perfect, keeps drink temp cool or hot for a long time despite being such a slim make, the sealable lid is spill proof and super nifty the way it’s designed. Such a sleek well made cup! Love love LOVE!! my new cup. The colour is fab. Having my name in the cup makes it that little bit extra special. It is easy to drink out of and feels good in the hand. Nice shape.

Really do keep the coffee hot for longer! Great sipping hole also! Love the shape of these cups (this will be our 4th). My second time with the wording, and wish they would have a 12 ounce option online to see the text alignment. My two have never been vertically centered so the preview isn't an actual preview of the printed final.
I love my bullet cup, however after a incident with the concrete the lid smashed. Finding the replacement on the website was simple, it was reasonably priced (I've had my cup for over two years with no replacement parts required) and arrived very promptly even to a rural address.
