We offer convenient shipping options to ensure that your Bullet Cups reach you in a timely manner. Please review the following shipping details:

New Zealand: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $40 within New Zealand. Orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days.

Australia: For our Australian customers, we offer shipping at a flat rate of $15 AUD. Delivery time for Australian orders is typically 7-14 days.
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $65 AUD.

International: We also cater to international customers and ship worldwide. All overseas orders are subject to a shipping fee of $28.50 NZD, and delivery time ranges from 10-14 business days.

If your delivery address is not listed or you would like to ship internationally to a location not covered by our standard shipping options, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with a suitable shipping solution.

Returns Policy:

At Bullet Cups, we are committed to delivering quality products that meet your expectations. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please read through our returns policy below:

30-Day Returns Window: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. If you're not completely satisfied with your Bullet Cups purchase, please get in touch with us within this timeframe.

Condition for Return:

  • Standard Cups: To be eligible for a return and refund, the standard cup must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

  • Personalised Cups: Personalised cups can only be returned if they are faulty. As these are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns on them for reasons other than faults or defects. If your personalised cup is faulty, please contact us immediately with details and any relevant photos, and we will address the issue.

To start the return process:

  1. Contact Us: Please provide us with your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If the item is unused and in its original packaging (for standard cups), or if it's found to be faulty (for personalised cups), we will process your refund.
  3. Refund: Once your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be reflected in your account; this may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

Please Note: If a standard cup shows signs of use or if the original packaging is damaged, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.
